Function Of The Executive Council
The Powers and Functions of the Executive Council are as follows:
The overall administration of Mission.
To supervise, control and direct the management of the Mission in accordance with provisions of this constitution and in compliance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
To make or authorize financial arrangements as may be deemed necessary including authorization of any officer of the Mission to execute any security of evidence thereof for indebtedness or other document necessitated by any financial transaction in which the Mission may be involved.
Decisions of the Executive Council shall be taken by the adoption of specific resolutions which shall be passed by a simple majority of the Executive Councilors at the Meeting.
